On November 2018, local police informed the responsible for shooting a man in Houston Heights the previous month could be related to two other shootings.
Houston Police with Baytown Police held a televised conference and released a composite sketch of the suspect. Police also released surveillance photos of the car the shooter was allegedly driving—possibly a silver Chevrolet Malibu.
The first incident took place in July 2018 in Houston Heights. The second incident involved an 84-year-old Korean War veteran. In both cases, victims were going on their morning walk when a vehicle drives by and fires several shots at them.
This third case, also in the Heights and similar to the previous two events, happened just blocks away from the first. Piotr Lewandowski received 2 gunshots from a shooter passing by in his car.
The victim was walking his pet last October 16. The suspect allegedly stopped by the victim, got out of the car, and fired his gun against the man. This time, they made a composite sketch. The suspect is a dark-skinned, black man in his late 20s or early 30s, about 6’ to 6’2 tall.
