Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Houston will have an exceptional wine supper including DAOU Vineyards and Winery with unique visitor and Master Sommelier, Fred Dame. This is the second portion of the lodging’s late spring specialty supper arrangement highlighting a one of a kind supper experience every month with fine wines and uncommon spirits.
A gathering before the situated supper highlighting a five-course custom menu with pairings will start the night with the current month’s occasion. All visitors can enjoy dishes like a tarragon margarine poached lobster and jumper scallops, bloom nectar lacquered duck bosom and a prime striploin.
