Downtown Aquarium
This aquarium is one of the most entertaining places to visit in Houston. Founded in 2003, this aquarium offers incredible exhibits where you can see more than 200 animal species in incredible themed rooms designed according to the habitat of each one.
The aquarium has eight incredible exhibits where you can see from octopuses, turtles and fish to white tigers, poison dart frogs and incredible birds.
Among the attractions are not only the impressive themed habitats (forests, jungles and swamps) but also a Ferris wheel, a train ride through a shark tank and a restaurant with an incredible fish tank.
